Graduate Assistant Application

1. Complete the Grader/Tutor/Teacher Form, save to your computer and email to csforms@cs.ndsu.edu.
2. Insert any additional comments or information not found on form in the email.
3. Submitted applications will not be reviewed until the start of the semester of which you are applying.
4. Complete all funding requirements for international office or graduate school before coming to NDSU.
